So i went where my heart is and I'm looking at the Berbers from Morocco as my inspiration for my menswear brief , i need to do more research on this community i need to find out where they are originally from and what is their history , what does nature represent for them.

Tomorrow is sketchbook crit and i was stressing out my head,at least i have two more weeks to make sure that my garment is perfect which definitely will be a first in my history but i mean I'm a second year so hopefully I'll do great and also I've thinking about the styling and all , I'll be all right...

Headstart...

So, the royal blue project isn't finish yet ,well not technically because this week is assessment week which usually means loads of stressing and panicking and we receive some tasks relating to our next project.
it's basically incorporating print into a menswear garment which sounds fun so hopefully it'll turn out to be a better than the royal blue brief,so I'm looking at artist and textiles designers .
Timorous Beasties is the only work that stood out to me, i like the use of the images in their wallpapers, there is that rough, dark feeling and the use of negative spaces is really good so that's a head start....

SkeletonS

Drawing lessons are really fun and interesting,Yes I'm saying that and i can't really believe it.
I have seen a change in my illustrations and I'm happy with them even though I moan more than I draw most of the time because of the techniques that i find silly but they have good effects on my work so it's all good.
In case you're wondering i have not done these drawing on my own, it was a team effort as I like to call It we had to use all the techniques that we've learned for the past 6 weeks and each draw a segment of the skeleton...a rather fun lesson....
